Ahmad Danial graduated from Universiti Teknologi MARA in 2013 and he read in chambers at Messrs Ainul Azam & Co. He was called to the Malaysian Bar and admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor in July 2014.
He joined Messrs Norizan & Associates as a Partner where his main areas of practice have been in Corporate, Banking, and Conveyancing matters.
Throughout his legal practice as a Partner in Messrs Norizan & Associates, he spearheads the corporate department where the matters usually revolve around negotiating, advising, drafting, and vetting corporate documents including but not limited to mergers and acquisitions transactions, project agreement transactions, corporate restructuring, company shareholders agreements and equity funding agreements for both private and public companies.
He also takes charge in handling Banking matters, both retail and tradeline documentation loans for several banks and financial institutions.
He has also vast experience in handling matters relating to oil and gas and EPCC contracts for both local and international companies.
