As a Senior Executive (Corporate & Commercial) at Ahmad Danial Iswatt & Luqman, Mohamad Haslizan is in charge of drafting, reviewing and advising on corporate and commercial matters, as well as conducting legal research. A legal professional with nearly a decade of experience, he is ever-present in
the legal corporate sphere and has been part of many noteworthy commercial dealings in Malaysia and beyond.
These include but are not limited to various shares sale agreement, sale and purchase agreement, lease and tenancy agreements and loan documentations. Furthermore, he has also handled the Registration of Trademarks and Copyrights, as well as led numerous Land development dealings as well as Joint Venture Agreements.
Mohamad Haslizan graduated from the prestigious Anglia Ruskin University, Cambridge in 2015 and subsequently joined Rajendran & Associates as a Paralegal. He then continued his journey as a Legal Executive at Matrix Concepts Holdings Berhad before becoming the Head of the Legal Department at Stella Holdings Berhad in 2019.
An active debater and public speaker during his University days, Mohamad Haslizan enjoys refining his communication skills during his spare time. Most recently, he has taken up learning the Spanish language.
